Feldenheimer family photographs collection [graphic], circa 1886-1945.

Photographs of the Feldenheimer family, a prominent Jewish family from Portland, Or. who owned and operated a jewelry business, A. Feldenheimer, Jewlwers and Goldsmiths. The photographs date from circa 1886-1945 and mostly depict members of the Feldenheimer family, including Albert Feldenheimer (b. 1857), his son Paul Feldenheimer, and Paul's wife, Edith Levy Feldenheimer (b. 1900), as well as various members of the related Levy family, German relatives, and friends. There are also some photographs of the interior and exterior of the Feldenheimer's jewelry business; photographs documenting Paul Feldenheimer's service with the 3rd Company of the 3rd Training Camp, Coast Artillery in France during World War I; landscape and agricultural views of Oregon; and photographs documenting Edith Levy Feldenheimer's time as a student at Smith College in Northampton, Mass. This collection is only partially processed.
